
Salary: Negotiable, plus bonus, car/car allowance and executive benefits package

Typical responsibilities include:
Provide financial risk management support to the custom/agribusiness area of the regional banks. Work with account managers and other colleagues to identify and progress risk management opportunities.
Analyse clients financial exposures and:
- Deliver interest rate solutions to both new and existing client base
- Deliver foreign exchange solutions to both new and existing client base
- Deliver commodity solutions to both new and existing client base
- Deliver new product streams as they come onboard
- Develop own referral network to assist with the growth of both Risk Management Services (RMS) business and the bank as a whole
- Maximise shareholder returns and EVA on solutions delivered
- Write effective strategy papers and disseminate economic information to both internal and external clients
- Ensure delivery is accurate and complies with FSMA regulations
Experience, skills and knowledge:
- High levels of communication skills, both written and verbal
- Excellent client facing skills with a variety of people and a clear focus on superior customer service
- Ability to manage your own business in a very time efficient manner
- Interact with all levels of management within the bank
- Ability to learn quickly and financial modelling skills
- An outline understanding of the current RMS product offerings would be an advantage as would any experience in the financial markets
- Experience working together with RMS to deliver solutions to BFS customers
- Understanding of the regional banks and their operations would be an advantage
- Willing to work outside of normal hours when a deal requires
- Thorough understanding of the BFS platform and specialist areas
