Role description


You will be the leader of a new team in one of our ground breaking Integrated Financial Solutions Centres. In addition, there is the requirement to be an articulate regional spokesperson for the bank.


Typical responsibilities include:
  • Achieving the sales plan across all key result areas
  • Leading a sales team
  • Developing and leading a referral partner programme
  • Managing and evaluating the performance and development of direct reports
  • Developing & maintaining the profile of the bank in the region
  • Managing the integration of the sales effort with other segments and product specialists to maximise customer needs.
