Role description
You will be the leader of a new team in one of our ground breaking Integrated Financial Solutions Centres. In addition, there is the requirement to be an articulate regional spokesperson for the bank.
Typical responsibilities include:
- Achieving the sales plan across all key result areas
- Leading a sales team
- Developing and leading a referral partner programme
- Managing and evaluating the performance and development of direct reports
- Developing & maintaining the profile of the bank in the region
- Managing the integration of the sales effort with other segments and product specialists to maximise customer needs.
