
Salary: PBM to £45k plus bonus, car/car allowance and executive benefits package, EBM to £35k and executive benefits package

Role description
This exciting new career opportunity offers skilled, motivated staff the chance to work with high net worth customers on a day to day basis, backed by a full range of market leading products and services, as well as the latest technological support. The purpose of this role is to provide the relationship management to customers who qualify for ‘Premium Financial Services’. The role is geared towards the achievement of sales volumes, income generation targets and service level objectives by satisfying the complex requirements of customers in relation to the full range of bank/group/third party products and services within PIA regulations.
Typical responsibilities include:
- To actively develop the premium customer base by maximising sales via relationship management of new customers within this new area
- Achieve agreed business objectives relating to income growth and service levels covering all bank/group services in line with established policies, procedures and regulations
- Develop and maintain awareness of local market, competition and foster local commercial relationships
- Plan and participate in the implementation of corporate and local sales campaigns, operate regular calling/contact programme with business financial services colleagues for premium customers and referral partners
- Provide a comprehensive financial analysis and profiling service to customers, analyse needs, and maximise sales opportunities by offering solutions from the full range of bank/group products and services and outside providers
- To work closely with the wealth management specialists to increase share of wallet
- Present a highly professional image to customers and model appropriate behaviours. Ensure that the bank’s strategic initiatives, values and action programmes are successfully implemented

- Proven exceptional sales and relationship management skills
- Good credit skills evidenced by recent experience of complex personal lending
- Excellent knowledge of product developments in financial services
- Sound understanding of risk management policies and procedures
- The credibility to deal effectively with high net worth customers
- Desire to build upon current banking related skills and knowledge through the acquisition of investment and financial services knowledge including, in the long term, professional qualifications
- An appetite for success and highly developed interpersonal skills to influence our most valued customers
