Business Manager 4 - Portfolios of £5M+
Business Manager 3 - Portfolios of between £1M to £5M
Business Manager 2 - Portfolio’s of between £100k to £1m
Role description
This role will be attractive to high potential candidates looking for a significant challenge. The emphasis will be on business development and the management of those relationships with a range of business customers. You will also be responsible for making lending decisions within delegated lending limits whilst protecting the Bank’s assets by minimising credit risk.
Typical responsibilities include:
- Develop and implement the business plan to achieve specific targets relating to key results areas
- Identify and develop new opportunities and quality leads to achieve business objectives
- Assess quality of lending proposals, prepare and submit for approval
- Establish, develop and use networks of internal and external contacts
- Assess and take appropriate action on irregular accounts
- Leadership and motivation of staff including coaching, training and mentoring
