
Salary: £45k, plus bonus, car/car allowance and executive benefits package

Role description
Establish contact with both bank and non–bank customers to identify and secure asset finance business.
Typical responsibilities include:
- Have the capability to achieve income targets as agreed within KRA’s within 12–18 months of commencing the role
- Seek out new business opportunities within a given territory
- Possess a strong ability to maximise profit/return and add value for the business
- Correctly service and support existing and new asset finance customer base
- Develop new and maintain existing relationships with professional referral sources within business community
- Have the ability to structure correctly and submit credit applications up to £1.0M
- Be able to negotiate high value and well structured finance packages to suit the customers needs
- Seek out appropriate opportunities for the BFS teams
